What could have been better?

The massage chair doesn’t work quite well for people whose height is above six feet. If you’re tall (above six feet) and have broad shoulders, you’ll find the head and shoulder massage a bit uncomfortable as it can’t align to your height. Other than this, it also comes with a pretty confusing manual, making the installation task quite a challenging one.

What could have been better?

Honestly, I didn’t find this to be an excellent chair for tall users. This is a problem that I’ve seen consistently with Osaki products. Apart from a few, most aren’t fit for tall users, and despite some rad features, it still falls short owing to its lack of user flexibility.

What could have been better?

I tried hard but couldn’t find a drawback of the machine worth talking about. I’d still say that the body scan system could have worked more accurately, especially in the lower spine area. Other than that, the massage chair seems to be great!

What could have been better?

Despite great features and massage techniques, I missed the body stretch mechanism in the chair. I really wonder how great a full-body stretch would be in a machine that has ache-sensor technology. Other than that, everything looks pretty great!

What could have been better?

Trust me, there is nothing to complain about this model, but assembling this chair is difficult because of a confusing and poorly-written manual in which English translation doesn’t quite make sense. But don’t worry about it as you have got great Youtube videos for the assembling process.
