I’m sure you’ll agree with me on this: when we buy a product, we are not only buying a thing but rather paying for an experience, and Ogawa delivers the best massage experience that money can buy.

Touch Screen Navigability

We live in the age of touch screens, and Ogawa is already catching up with the times. Ogawa Active L Massage Chair has a touch screen control panel that can be used to navigate the multiple features of this chair fluidly. I, for one, am thankful that I don’t have to bend over and search for buttons or adjustment knobs. One simple touch does it all.

Attractive Design

Finally, I must mention the world-class design of this product. Offering the perfect blend of style and functionality, this is a chair that can grab eyeballs. And take my personal opinion as a designer: the black and cappuccino color combo makes things all the more appealing.

What Could’ve Been Better?

There’s not much to improve on this beauty, but if you ask me, it should have had greater mobility. This chair is rather bulky, and it can take two or more people to move it from one location to another successfully.

But in light of the many fantastic features that this product provides, this one little thing is best overlooked. I personally don’t feel this to be a significant drawback.
