- 2 rings (about 1-2 pounds total) Polish sausage or kielbasa, lightly browned and cut in l/2” rounds
- 4 14-oz. cans of sauerkraut, undrained
- 1 12-oz. bottle beer, any brand (optional)
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
Combine ingredients in crock put. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 hours.
NOTE: This recipe serves 6-8 and can be prepared in crock-pots that hold anywhere from 3-l/2 to 5 quarts. Cooking time may vary according to your preferences regarding the texture of the food.
